Industrial Gauging Pigs

We offer Cup-type gauging pigs which are used for standard pigging operations such as filling and dewatering during hydrostatic testing, routine batching operations, and product removal.  They are available in sizes from 2" through 48" with standard designs of 2-cup, 3-cup and 4-cup.  When equipped with a gauging plate, they are used to prove pipe roundness and to ensure excessive weld penetration or debris does not exist.  Also, they are used to prove minimum bend radius prior to intelligent pig use.
